Shipping, Pickup & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with NFR Metalworks. Nathan’s welding kits are heavy-duty products, and shipping or delivery options may vary depending on the size, weight, quantity, and destination of each order.

Shipping Options

Some products include flat-rate shipping or shipping-included pricing. When shipping is included, it will be noted on the product page or shown at checkout.

For larger, heavier, oversized, bulk, or custom orders, shipping may need to be quoted separately before the order is finalized. In those cases, we may contact you after your order inquiry or checkout to confirm the best available shipping or delivery option.

Pickup by Appointment

Local pickup may be available by appointment only.

Please do not arrive for pickup until your order has been confirmed and pickup arrangements have been made. We will contact you with pickup instructions once your order is ready.

Local or Regional Delivery

Delivery may be available for some orders depending on location, order size, weight, value, timing, and route availability.

Delivery pricing is not guaranteed until reviewed and confirmed by NFR Metalworks. Large orders, school orders, group orders, or multiple orders from the same surrounding area may qualify for combined delivery options or special delivery consideration.

School, Group & Bulk Orders

We encourage schools, ag programs, FFA chapters, shop classes, and groups from surrounding areas to contact us before placing a large order.

Depending on quantity and delivery logistics, larger orders may qualify for special pricing, combined delivery, or other incentives. These options are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Orders Requiring a Shipping or Delivery Quote

If your order requires a custom shipping or delivery quote, we may create a final invoice once the total cost has been confirmed. Payment may be collected after the final order total, including any applicable shipping or delivery charges, has been approved.

Orders are not considered ready for pickup, shipment, or delivery until payment and arrangements have been completed.

Damage or Delivery Concerns

Please inspect your order as soon as it is received or picked up. If there is a problem with your order, contact NFR Metalworks as soon as possible so we can review the issue and help determine the next steps.
